Deliver me, O my God, from mine enemies, and save me from them that set themselves against me.

Deliver me from the transgressors, and save me from the bloodthirsty.

For, lo, LORD, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered together against me without my fault and iniquity.

They run without my fault, and prepare themselves. Awake and meet me, and behold!

Thou, O LORD God of hosts, O LORD God of Israel, awake, and visit all the nations: have mercy on them that are not bold iniquitous. Sela.

For thy lovingkindness is better than life. My lips praise thee.

There would I gladly praise thee all the days of my life, and lift up my hands in thy name.

This is the joy and gladness of my heart, if I should praise thee with a glad mouth.

When I lay me down to sleep, I remember thee: when I awake, I speak of thee.

For thou art my helper, and under the shadow of thy wings I glory.

But they stand after my soul to assail me: they shall go down under the earth.
