I cry unto the LORD with my voice; I beseech the LORD with my voice; 3. I will pour out my speech before him, and show my affliction before him.

When my spirit is in anguish, thou takest care of me. They lay ropes for me in the way where I go up.

Look on thy right hand, and, behold, no man knoweth me. I cannot escape; no man taketh hold of my soul.

O LORD, unto thee do I cry, saying, Thou art my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.

Take heed to my lamentation, for I am greatly afflicted: deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too mighty for me.

Bring forth my soul out of the dungeon, that I may give thanks unto thy name. The righteous will gather to me, if you do me good.

And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for there is none living that is righteous before thee.

For the enemy pursueth my soul, and destroyeth my life to the ground; he layeth me in darkness, as the dead in the world.

And my spirit is troubled within me; my heart is consumed in my flesh.

I remember the former times; I speak of all thy doings, and tell of the works of thy hands.

O LORD, what is man, that thou art so mindful of him? and the child of man, that thou hast such regard for him?

Man is as nothing; his time passeth away like a shadow.

O LORD, incline thy heavens, and descend; touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.

Let thy lightning flash, and scatter them: shoot thy beams, and scatter them.

Praise for the kingdom of Christ and its benefits.

praise of David. I will exalt thee, O my God, O king; I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

I will praise thee daily, and magnify thy name for ever and ever.

The LORD is great and very praiseworthy, and his greatness is unspeakable.

Children’s children shall praise thy works, and shall speak of thy power.

I will speak of thy glorious and fair splendor, and of thy wonders, 6. That they should speak of thy glorious works, and that they should tell of thy glory, 7. That they may praise thy great goodness, and glorify thy righteousness.

Gracious and merciful is the LORD, patient, and of great kindness.

The LORD is good to all, and hath mercy on all his works.

Let all thy works give thee thanks, O LORD; and let thy saints praise thee.

And boast of the glory of thy kingdom, and speak of thy power, 12. That thy power may be made known unto the children of men, and the honourable majesty of thy kingdom.

Thou openest thine hand, and fillest all that livest with good pleasure.

Hallelujah! Praise the Lord, my soul!

I will praise the LORD as long as I live, and sing praises unto my God because I am here.

Rely not on princes: they are men, they cannot help.

Praise ye the LORD: for to praise our God is a precious thing: such praise is sweet and beautiful.

He numbereth the stars, and calleth them all by name.

Our Lord is great, and of mighty power: and how he ruleth is incomprehensible.
